Charity Oetgen is a Fine Art Master's student at Laguna College of Art and Design (LCAD) in Laguna Beach, Calif. Oetgen's art expands beyond her course work- she works as a tattoo artist who specializes in watercolor style tattoos. Further, Oetgen's passion for primates, especially Bonobos, serves as a common thread throughout her work.
